Very nice hotel. When we arrived they had upgraded us to a suite and such a great gesture. Everything was great and would highly recommend this hotel.
Liked everything, no complaints at all.
We were very impressed with this hotel. From the time we walked in the door the staff was very courteous and friendly. They room was huge and very very clean. My husband and I slept well in the very comfortable bed. Overall we would stay at this hotel first before any other if we are in the area again.
The staff was very helpfull with our requests. The room was very clean and cozy. We wanted the room for one night but we ended staying 2 nights. Breakfast was good. I would use it again.
Hotel is conveniently located with many nice resturaunts and stores neaby. Very friendly staff, clean, comfortable room with nice bed! Will definitely stay again.
Clean, economical, well situated for us. Friendly, helpful staff made our stay a pleasant one
The close proximity to shopping. The guest perks every afternoon. The kind and friendly staff.
Spacious, clean and good value for the price. We were pleasantly surprised with your "Manager's Social" - great idea!
There wasn't anything that we didn't like. The hotel was quiet and private and very comfortable.
We enjoyed our stay very much. Hotel was very clean, and freindly staff. Hospitality hour was great and thbreakfast was ok too. Love the conveniences of the the gym and my husband loved the hot tub and pool. Very close to all major shopping in Fargo. Great place.
Through my booking with Booked.net, the pirce we agreed to was 157$ which was great for 2 nights. When checking out of the hotel, the bill was 174$ due to an apparent hotel room tax for each night (each about 8 - 9$) that no one told us about. A little disapointing.
We stayed because of the pool for my kids and we were not disappointed. I was happy that they were able to five me a toothbrush when I realized I forgot mine and a bandaid for my daughter when she cut her finger. The rorom was very nice - King suite with sofabed although I was chilly on the sofabed the first night but was given another blanket for the second night when I left a note in the room. I would definitely stay there again.
Sofabed was uncomfortable but what sofabed isn't?! One thing that really bugged me was that my husband call me from Canada and they didn't know how to transfer him to my room and didn't get his name as I was also with my mom so we didn't even know which husband called so we were forced to call long distance on our cell phones and were charged roaming!!
I had occasion to phone the front desk about 11:30 PM the first night. There were a bunch of smokers standing outside the main entrance being quite loud while smoking. Our room was on the third floor right above this group. When I called down to the front desk the phone was answered promptly and friendly.I believe the girls name was Wendy I explained the situation and she said that she would look into the matter. It was not more than one minute later that I heard this person outside asking the group to be quiet. It worked for the immediate moment then started up again. The desk person came out and said in a much stronger tone that she would not warn them again. This time silence was immediate and lasted the night.I was impressed with this persons handling of the situation.I truly believe that the staff were very sincere at making it comfortable
that the smokers were standing in front of the entrance all times of the day.As a Non smoker going into a Hotel which advertises all non smoking rooms it is unfortunate that they don't have an area at the back of the Hotel for them to smoke.Out of site out of mind.
Close to air port, price, value, breakfast, and quiet surrounding, and personal.
There was nothing we didn't like, and we would stay again.
The ability to have our family of 5 with 3 older children stay comfortably with us in the same room.
The breakfast could benefit from more choices, especially bagels, and pastries
